" I feel compelled to express my gratitude towards SunVersion, LLC. The wife and I are Air Force veterans and we just moved back to Maine four years ago. Integrity is a core value for us and so after searching long and hard for a heat-pump when we finally met Patrick at SunVersion LLC we knew he was the man to do the job. I have had the pleasure of doing business with Patrick on several occasions now. Each time I have had work done (everything from boiler maintenance to electrical wiring to my new heat-pump), there has been three major things in common (amongst others).
First, Patrick has always been completely professional and extremely thorough in his explanation of what he is going to do. Secondly I have never been anything except 100 percent COMPLETELY satisfied with any and all work he has ever done for me. Finally when I receive the bill on his way out I usually feel guilty because it is far less than his competitors charge. How do I know this? I had boiler troubles for three years before I found Patrick, which he put an end to. I also was in the market for TWO YEARS trying to find the right quote for a heat-pump. SunVersion LLC came in 25 percent cheaper than my cheapest quote, even with the main brand Mitsubishi heat-pump. Three of our neighbors have heat-pumps, one of which he did (this is how we met). The care and professionalism Patrick takes during installation is self evident when looking at which heat-pumps he installed and which he did not.
I am usually weary of picking one business to complete all of the work I need because I have felt for years now that businesses just aren't what they were years ago. SunVersion LLC has provided the personal relationship of a "mom and pop" business yet consistently utilized cutting edge technology to complete the multitude of work I have requested. I am telling you, call SunVersion ESPECIALLY if it is for a new heat-pump! Give him the time to show what he can do for you and he will put money back in your pocket while allowing you to sleep well at night knowing you got the biggest bang for your buck, period! "

After doing a lot of research I decided to have a Mitsubishi mini-split system installed in my newly-acquired but nearly 200-year-old house in New Hampshire. It didn’t have a central heating or air conditioning system in place and needed one. I then set about to find a competent, honest and dependable contractor to purchase the system from and have install it. After dealing with several companies and getting quotes, I found Patrick at SunVersion LLC and I am very happy I did. Not only did he professionally spec out and install the perfect system for my antique house, but he did it in a timely manner and with a knowledgeable and friendly disposition. I’ve just had him back to perform additional electrical work on the house and to give me a quote on another major project, and as always, he and his assistant Andrew did a top-notch job. " We were interested in having heat pumps installed at our residence in Parsonsfield,
Maine and requested that Patrick provide us with recommendations and an estimate.
We were primarily interested in a system that would provide cooling in the summer, but
we were also interested in whether heat pumps would be a more efficient source of
heat over our oil-based system.
Patrick was very thorough, professional, and responsive to our needs. He provided a
detailed estimate and recommendations, which included specifics on using solar panels
to offset the cost of the heat pumps. He did not push us in any direction, but provided
thoughtful and well-researched information in response to our questions. He helped us
weigh the pros and cons that led us to our ultimate choice to install heat pumps without
also a solar panel system, one heat pump upstairs and one downstairs. We had
researched our options independently as well, and found that the information that
Patrick provided to us was always reputable, honest, and well-considered.
The installation went smoothly, on the dates and timeline promised. Patrick provided
us with detailed progress reports via email, which we especially appreciated as we were
not always able to be at home during the installation. He and his crew were respectful
to protect floors and furnishings and promptly cleaned up every day. Patrick followed
up several times over the following months, to ensure that we were 100% satisfied with
the system. He responded quickly to our questions, and he came back on site twice to
help improve the set up and how we used the pumps.
